REPEATED IVF TREATMENT FAILURE

It is the condition that pregnancy cannot be achieved despite the transfer of at least four embryos at least four times. It is a very stressful condition for the patient and the doctor. In this case, the following issues should be evaluated

         o Female should be re-evaluated for ovarian reserve

         o Female and male chromosome analysis

         o Intrauterine, possible fibroids, polyps, congenital abnormalities and adhesions should be re-                       evaluated

         o freezing of PGS and all embryos

There are many sub-titles in the studies and treatments about the inability of the healthy embryos to be transferred to normal endometrium.

• ERA (Endometrial Receptivity Assay): This test is preferably a genetic study performed on the endometrial biopsy material made before the transfer scheduled month. As a result of this test, the information about which period the endometrium will accept the embryo is obtained. Although there were promising results in the first studies, these results could not be verified with the subsequent comparative studies and the usage area was lost significantly.
